Today I entered my $ week fitness test results and they do not show up on the success page. I also entered my measurements but that didn't register either

Now, all my previous results have disappeared and the entries I have put in earlier today have registered as 7th October. It's a complete mess

I meant all my data is now registered as 7th September not October
