You can find the wellness score on the hub by clicking on the "Track Progress" tab. Click on the "Weekly" tab and you will see a section where you can click on the grey scales of 1-3, 4-5, 6-7 days and it will turn blue once marked. ". Make sure that you save the answers before exiting out of the page. You will then find your score under the "Weekly" tab as well as the "Overview" tab. 


Remember; focus on driving up your Breakthrough Wellness Score in order to crank up your energy and mood.  When you get your wellness score up to 18 you set yourself up to drop the 1-3 pounds you deserve.
