Message says subscription expired - when actually hasn't

Anyone know a work around for this? I paid for a year and the system thinks I haven't. I have sent in a ticket - just thought I'd see if there are any work arounds folks are aware of.

Did you ever get this resolved? I just noticed I am being charged twice for same subscription. Thanks!
