If you are an Energy Up member please go to http://www.energyup.co and click on sign in. Once there click on "I forgot my password" and it will prompt you to create a password. Please use the original email address that you signed up with as the email to login.
If you are a NEWO Member (we no longer offer the NEWO Software Subscription anymore) we suggest you go to the software login page (by going to www.noexcusesworkout.com and click on “Log In” in the upper right corner) and then click on “Forgot Password” in the upper right corner of the page. Once you enter the e-mail address you used to register (which is also your User Name), the software will e-mail you your password. Please note that both your User Name and Password are case-sensitive.
